9:00 AM | After breakfast walk to the Terrasse Dufferin, where you will pause for a group photograph by a professional on the boardwalk outside the Château Frontenac. Then depart for the Falls. 11:30 AM | After the tour, you can have lunch on your own in the adjacent food court, OR transfer to Les Galeries de la Capitale, where, after lunch on your own in the international food court, you can take a ride on the indoor roller coaster or Ferris wheel, or practice your French in a few of les Galeries’ 250 boutiques and retail stores.
(or return to Old Quebec and students can explore Upper town and practice their french as they interact with local shops and restaurants.) |
2:00 PM | Visit le Centre Morrin Center: Historical of the first gaol and where prisoners would start working after their sentence. or Visit La Citadelle de Québec Address: 1, côte de la Citadelle Québec, Québec G1R 3R2 CA The site of the first battle between Generals Wolfe and Montcalm took place during the epochal summer of 1759. In winter, the spray freezes on the rock face around the falls. |
